This plan can significantly reduce your service and dispatch rates. Customers who elect this plan can schedule technical service calls remotely. Our technicians can program all system parameters from our office.
Guaranteed response time of 4-8 business hours.
Guaranteed response time of 1-2 business hours during emergencies.
System administrative telephone technical support
Database Backups will be performed weekly, every Sunday @ 2:00 AM.
Periodic Hardware and Software Integrity checks weekly. |

One(1) Technology Specialist
$75 per hour - scheduled during normal business hours
$85 per hour - scheduled outside of normal business hours
$95 per hour - not scheduled during business hours
$125 per hour - not scheduled outside of normal business hours
Two(2) Technology Specialists
$95 per hour - scheduled during normal business hours
$105 per hour - scheduled outside of normal business hours
$115 per hour - not scheduled during business hours
$145 per hour - not scheduled outside of normal business hours
***Normal business hours - M-F 8am to 5pm***
***Scheduled = 48 hours or more in advance***
Discounts apply to contractors on project based invoicing.
ARO IT Solutions reserves the right to request additional payment for materials and/or labor, above and beyond the Scope of Work, prior to providing hardware or performing work, to this estimate if unforeseen equipment or labor is required.
The customer reserves the right to reject the request for additional payment and hire others to complete the additional work.
