POLICIES
ARO IT Solutions reserves the right to request additional payment for materials and/or labor, above and beyond the Scope of Work, prior to providing hardware or performing work, to this estimate if unforeseen equipment or labor is required.
The customer reserves the right to reject the request for additional payment and hire others to complete the additional work.

Customer provided equipment is acceptable but is not covered under warranty, maintenance or service contract.. ARO IT Solutions will install, meaning connect or reconnect, said equipment but is not responsible for setup or programming unless otherwise stated in the contract agreement. |
