PLAN 1 - Elite Customer Support Plan - $300/month ($3600/year)
$60/hour - 5 hours per month (60 hours per year)
Guaranteed response time of 2-8 business hours.
Guaranteed response time of 1-4 business hours during emergencies.

Extended Rate: $55.00 per hour for the first 2 hours ($50.00 per hour in 30 Min. increments thereafter).
PLAN 2 - Pre-Paid LaborĀ - $275/month ($3300/year)
$55/hour - 5 hours per month (60 hours per year)
Pre-Paid Time and Materials - This plan offers a reduced labor rate in lieu of a maintenance contract. Customers may request a technician to be dispatched to their place of business. Actual time will be credited against your block of hours and materials used will be billed for the work requested.
Standard Response time: 4-8 business hours.
Extended Rate: $65.00 per hour for the first 2 hours ($60.00 per hour in 30 Min. increments thereafter).
PLAN 3 - Remote Maintenance Plan - $180/month ($2160/year)
$60/hour - 3 hours per month (36 hours per year)
This plan can significantly reduce your service and dispatch rates. Customers who elect this plan can schedule technical service calls remotely. Our technicians can program all system parameters from our office.
Standard Response time: 4-24 business hours.
Extended Rate: $60.00 per hour for the first 2 hours ($60.00 per hour in 30 Min. increments thereafter).
PLAN 4 - Time and Materials - $100/month ($1200/year)
$65.00/hour for the first 2 hours ($60.00 per hour in 30 Min. increments thereafter).
Time and Materials - This plan offers our most basic level of service. Customers may request a technician to be dispatched to their place of business. Actual time and materials will be billed for the work requested.
Standard Response time: 24-48 business hours.
